Today we created and designed our own gingerbread house with yummy materials!  We noticed lots of 3 D shapes appear in our designs!  Thanks to everyone for volunteering and donating materials for this great project!

WOW....we love all your gingerbread houses....and those $1,000,000 smiles.

You looked like you had great fun. How did you design your houses and know where to put the candy in just the right spot?

I met your teacher the other night in a Twitter chat and now I'm getting to know you. How fun is that??? Come and visit our blog... click on http://lmsblogs.org/newspaper and read all about the fun things we do in middle school!!!

That seems like a lot of fun. Plus it could possibly be used as a way to teach shapes.

Those gingerbread houses looked so pretty and yummy! It's art that you can eat! Was it hard to get the gingerbread houses put together with food? Did some houses topple? Your houses looked perfect. Looks like you had fun!
