The month of April is Citizen Science month. We will be exploring outdoors and sharing our observations with BioBlitzs. The great thing about Citizen Science is that anyone can participate, anywhere. We will be sharing our observations with National Geographic(for those that have given permission/Grovenor Fellowship) and our daily photos.

One of the big ideas about this type of science is that it increases our knowledge about things in the natural world. When this happens we begin to understand what nature needs to survive and the ways we can help.

Today we began to explore the life of birds.
