Today we began our exploration of Antarctica, the ice continent. The children created maps of the different animals that live on land and below the water.

This unique continent has very cold temperatures and severe weather. We are exploring the ice and how important it is for the rest of the world. Just by creating less waste and reusing materials, we can help sustain the habitats for the penguins and other creatures.
