Thank You Donors Choose!
Mo Willems is a great author because he uses lots of expression!
We like all of the characters in Mo Willems books too!
We are so excited and happy in Kindergarten! Thanks to the generosity of people on DonorsChoose we now have brand new Mo Willems books!
During our reader's workshop time we sit knee to knee or side to side when we read books!

Science Journals In Kindergarten!
We use many tools during our science time. We are learning about what tools help us develop a better understanding of what we observe!
We have brand new science journals in Kindergarten! We use our journals to share what we are exploring in our natural world. In the photographs a few of our scientists are making observations about milkweed!

Taking A Calming Breath!
This afternoon Mrs. Tatlock visited Kindergarten and we read a wonderful story and learned "how to" take a calming breath. A calming breath can help us feel good and refocus!

Mrs. Tatlock Visits Kindergarten!
Every Tuesday afternoon Mrs. Tatlock, our guidance counselor visits our classroom. She brought a friend with her named,"Pumsy".
Today she read us a story about feelings and we learned about the different ways our mind can feel! We learned about clear mind, mud mind and sparkle mind! Be sure to ask your child/children about what they mean!
