We were invited to attend our Learning Buddies Reading Restaurant this morning.  It was amazing.  The children did a wonderful job placing their orders and leaving tips too!

This morning the children went outside with our new scientific tools to explore our school flower garden.  We noticed many things.  It was windy and sunny!

Today we opened up our boxes from DonorsChoose!  They supported our science project we posted in Kindergarten.  This is a great way for your dreams to come true!

Kindergarten Kids As Mentors!

We had some mathematicians visit our classroom form Ms. Canfield's class.  They shared their number scrolls with us.  We noticed that they were awesome!  We also noticed that the numbers got larger and smaller.  When we look at numbers from the left to the right they get bigger and smaller by 1!  When we look at the numbers from the top to the bottom they get bigger and smaller by 10!

A New Greeting With Ms. Tori!

This morning Ms. Tori taught us a new greeting.  We took off 1 of our shoes and put it in the center of the circle.  Then we took turns choosing a shoe and guessing who it belonged to.  After we guessed what shoe belonged to who, we exchange a smile and a "Good Morning".  This is a fun way to begin our busy day in Kindergarten.
