This morning we measured all the dry ingredients needed to make Curious George Pancakes. The children used measuring tools to fill their bags. A couple of the children discovered that 4 1/2 cups equals 2 cups. Wow! Cooking is a great way to incorporate math concepts. I hope you all find time to cook and bake when you can with your child.
Today your child will be bringing home a baggie of ingredients to make pancakes along with the recipe. Enjoy!
